When will I receive my order?

Our current production times are 7-10 business days. You will receive notification once your order has shipped.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you need a rush order please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Rush shipping fees may apply.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped that will provide your tracking information.

Returns

How do I return an item?

While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product you have received, please contact us at info@livyloudesigns.com.

Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet?

Cancellations are allowed ONLY if production hasn't begun. Once an item has entered the production phase the order can no longer be cancelled and will be shipped accordingly. Contact us for more information.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! Please contact us to start the custom order process. Please be as specific as possible with your request. Please note that custom orders may take 2-3 weeks for completion depending on the complexity of the request.
